Finality

The purpose of the processing is to manage the services offered to persons registered (users) with KOANN.

Registration

To create an account, you must provide your first and last name, your email address and / or your phone number, as well as a password.

Profile

You can choose the information appearing on your profile, such as your education, your professional experience, your skills and attitudes, your photo, your city / region, your websites.

You are not required to provide additional information about your profile. However, profile information allows you to get the most out of our services, especially to gain visibility with recruiters and for business opportunities.

It is up to you to decide if you want to include sensitive information on your profile and make that sensitive information public.

Only add or publish to your profile personal data that you agree to make public.

 

Data retention

We generally keep your personal data as long as your account remains open or as long as we need it to provide the Services to you. This includes data that you or third parties have provided to us as well as data generated or inferred based on your use of our Services.

Even if you only use our Services to search for a new job sporadically, we will keep your information and keep your profile open, unless you close your account.
